The Experience
This tour departs Te Awamutu and drives to New Zealand's largest predator-free eco-sanctuary, internationally recognised. There you can take in the majestic forest filled with bird song, and venture up into the canopy on an 18 m tower.
The tour then continues to the beautiful Putaruru Blue Spring, renowned for some of the world's purest water. The water takes 50 to 100 years to filter through the Mamaku Plateau, emerging a vibrant blue colour. Finally, the tour travels to Okoroire Hot Springs where you can soak in the heated natural pools.
